This project is a great example of a logo redesign. My approach on this was not to redefine the current logo in a major way, but rather to bring it up to date with the companies identity. The identity and the logo are not always one in the same. In this case, the companies identity was as a progressive, web 2.0 service company. They were one of the first providers of instant chat and telephone customer service. They also were providers of VoIP and other technology services. The redesign only took a couple days and was accepted on its first submission to their marketing group.
